1. What GiveFolio is

GiveFolio is a donation routing platform that helps users discover and donate to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. We are not a Donor-Advised Fund, investment advisor, financial institution, or charitable organization ourselves.

2. Donations are final

All donations are final and non-refundable once processed. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 48 hours via our feedback form and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds.

3. Tax deductibility

Donations made through GiveFolio go to registered 501(c)(3) organizations. These donations may be tax-deductible under US law. GiveFolio does not provide tax advice. Consult a tax professional regarding your specific situation. Donation receipts are provided by email for your records.

4. No guarantees on charity performance

GiveFolio curates funds based on third-party research. We do not guarantee the performance, continued operation, or impact of any featured charity. Charity selections may change based on updated research.

5. Recurring donations

If you set up a recurring donation, you authorize GiveFolio and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

6. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. GiveFolio is not liable for unauthorized access to your account. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

7. Limitation of liability

GiveFolio is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime or the continued availability of any specific fund or charity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiveFolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
