About GiveFolio
GiveFolio is a donation routing platform. We route donations to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. GiveFolio is not a nonprofit, a charity, or a financial institution.
Donations
Donations made through GiveFolio are processed by Stripe and routed to the designated charities. GiveFolio does not hold, pool, or manage donor funds. All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Tax deductibility
GiveFolio does not provide tax advice. Donations to 501(c)(3) organizations may be tax-deductible. Please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donations.
Recurring donations
If you set up a recurring donation, you authorize GiveFolio and Stripe to charge your payment method on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Limitation of liability
GiveFolio is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime or the continued availability of any specific fund or charity.
